Responsibilities:
  1. Creative Leadership:

  1. Conceptualization and Design:
  • Generate original ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns, ensuring they resonate with target audiences.
  • Oversee the design process, from initial concept to final execution, ensuring the highest standard of quality and creativity.
  1. Team Management:
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, art directors, and other creative professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging the team to push boundaries and explore new ideas.
  1. Client Collaboration:
  • Work closely with clients to understand their brand, objectives, and messaging, translating these insights into effective and compelling creative strategies.
  • Present and articulate creative concepts to clients, incorporating feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.
  1. Trend Analysis:
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, integrating them into creative strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Creative Art Director in an advertising agency.
  2. Proven track record of successfully leading and managing creative teams.
  3. Exceptional conceptual thinking and design skills.
  4. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  5. Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
