Position : Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Associate (Graduates Only)
Location: Gurgaon / Chandigarh (On-site)
Job type: Full time (In office)
Who Were Looking For
- Graduates only (immediate joiners preferred).
- Preferably from Education, Social Work, Humanities, or related fields.
- Candidates who have completed their graduation in B.A., B.Ed., BSW, or similar disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Applicants from technical or IT backgrounds are not preferred for this role.
- Passionate about education, social impact, and community empowerment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with field responsibilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits and educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing education-focused CSR programs and community development initiatives.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with schools, teachers, community partners, and students to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate data, prepare progress reports, and support impact assessment processes.
- Field Engagement: Participate in field visits, workshops, and community interactions to understand challenges and contribute meaningfully.
- Event Management: Support the organization of learning sessions, awareness drives, and student engagement activities.
- Communication Support: Contribute to storytelling, content, and basic communication material related to education initiatives.
