Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our PUF panel manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our PUF panel solutions to various industries. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of PUF panels, their applications, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction, cold storage, industrial sheds, and other sectors requiring PUF panels.
  • Generate and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and end-users.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate PUF panel solutions.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Market Analysis:

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Identify new product or market opportunities to expand the company's reach.

Quotations & Negotiations:

  • Prepare and present competitive proposals, quotations, and tenders to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Coordinate with the production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of panels.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM software.
  • Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of PUF panels, their technical specifications, applications, and benefits.
  • Educate clients about product features, including thermal insulation, durability, and energy efficiency.
