Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fashion Designer at Kean Club, located in Ernakulam. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating designs, selecting fabrics and patterns, and producing prototypes. The role also involves collaborating with team members, ensuring designs align with current trends, and overseeing the entire production process from initial sketches to final products. Additionally, the Fashion Designer will conduct market research to stay informed about fashion trends and competitor products.

Qualifications

  • Strong design and illustration skills
  • Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Knowledge of fabric properties, pattern making, and garment construction
  • Excellent understanding of current fashion trends and the ability to forecast future trends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
  • Experience in the fashion industry is an added advantage
