Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director MBA at the Accurate Group of Institutions, located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Director MBA will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, managing MBA programs, conducting research, and handling finance and international business aspects. The Director MBA will also be responsible for faculty coordination, student engagement, and ensuring the overall excellence of the MBA program.

Academic Leadership

  • Provide vision and leadership for the MBA program, ensuring academic excellence and global relevance.
  • Oversee curriculum design, review, and upgradation in line with industry trends and AICTE and AKTU guidelines.
  • Foster research, case study development, and industry-led learning modules.

Faculty Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty to ensure high teaching standards.
  • Encourage faculty participation in research, publications, and industry consultancy.
  • Organize faculty development programs, workshops, and conferences.

Student Engagement

  • Enhance student experience through mentoring, academic support, and career guidance.
  • Implement innovative teaching methods, experiential learning, and corporate interactions.
  • Ensure high placement standards and alumni engagement.

Industry & Corporate Relations

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for placements, internships, and guest lectures.
  • Collaborate with industry leaders to integrate real-world insights into the MBA curriculum.
  • Organize corporate talks, panel discussions, and networking events.

Program Administration

  • Prepare and manage annual budgets for the MBA program.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and quality assurance norms.
  • Drive admissions strategy and collaborate with the marketing team for outreach initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    Ph.D. in Management or related discipline preferred; MBA from a reputed institute is mandatory.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 15 years of academic/industry experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in higher education.
  • Proven record in curriculum innovation, faculty leadership, and industry networking.
  • Strong understanding of accreditation frameworks (NAAC, NBA, AICTE).
