**Job Title: Admission Counselor - (MBA Department)**

**Location: Gandhi Nagar Bhopal**

**Department:MBA Admissions**

**Reports to:Director of MBA Admissions**

**Position Type: Full-time**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospective Student Engagement:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective MBA students.
- Conduct informational sessions, webinars, and campus tours to showcase the program.
- Application Process Management:
**Recruitment Strategies**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Attend career fairs, graduate school expos, and networking events to promote the MBA program.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant organizations and academic institutions.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Analyze trends and metrics related to recruitment efforts and admissions statistics.
- Prepare reports for the Director of MBA Admissions to assess program performance.

**Marketing and Communication**:

- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and print materials.
- Collaborate with faculty and current students to create engaging content that highlights program strengths.
- Share success stories and testimonials from alumni and current students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, preferably in higher education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift
