Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain, support, and enhance existing
    ServiceNow FSO platform
    functionality.
  • Design, configure, and implement new features aligned with business requirements.
  • Manage
    integrations, plug-ins, and scoped applications
    .
  • Handle
    incident tickets
    , troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Participate in
    ServiceNow release cycles
    and configuration activities.
  • Enforce
    ServiceNow coding and platform governance
    standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in
    Agile sprints and reviews
    .

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years
    of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
  • Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA)
    –
    Mandatory
    .
  • Certified ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
    –
    Mandatory
    .
  • Proficient in
    JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI Policies, and Data Structures
    .

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4+ years
    in ServiceNow projects (preferably in BFSI or Financial Services).
  • Certified Implementation Specialist in
    CSM and/or FSO
    .
  • Strong experience in
    REST/SOAP API integrations
    .
  • Working knowledge of
    Agile, Scrum, and DevOps tools
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
