Position Overview

The
Brand & Design Executive
will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing impactful design and branding initiatives across the company's digital and offline platforms. This role covers the development of creatives for exhibitions, trade shows, social media, and internal branding, while also supporting cross-functional teams such as HR, Sales, and Admin. The role demands a strong balance of creativity, brand consistency, and collaboration, with occasional travel for exhibitions and events.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Creative Design & Branding

· Design festival greetings, office event invites, and milestone creatives.

· Develop marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, PPTs, banners, and signature emailers.

· Ensure all designs align with company branding and co-branding guidelines (Anzen and group companies)

· Maintain a structured archive of creatives for quick reuse and reference.

  1. Social Media & Digital Support

· Create engaging posts for LinkedIn and other platforms (festivals, exhibitions, achievements, CSR).

· Support digital campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with high-performing visuals.

· Assist content writers and web developers with creatives for website updates, emailers, and newsletters.

· Experiment with innovative formats (infographics, carousel posts, motion graphics).

  1. Exhibitions & Events

· Design exhibition stall creatives, panels, posters, and digital displays.

· Prepare announcements, coverage creatives, and post-event highlights for social media.

· Manage occasional
photo booth activities
at trade shows (including on-site coordination and travel).

· Provide creative inputs for corporate gifting catalogues and marketing stock.

  1. Internal & Cross-Functional Support

· Design induction decks, HR posters, and employee recognition creatives (e.g., Employee of the Quarter).

· Support HR with employer branding creatives for LinkedIn talent acquisition.

· Assist Sales with client presentations, product decks, and proposals.

· Collaborate with Admin for office branding and festival décor templates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva; basic video editing a plus).

· Basic photography and photo editing (for events, exhibitions, or product shots).

· Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, and design consistency.

· Familiarity with social media platforms, website CMS, and email marketing tools.

· Creativity and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design requests.

· Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with HR, Sales, Marketing, and Admin.

· Organised in managing design archives and meeting deadlines.

· Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
