Job Description

  • Client facing leader to manage SAP support and project delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Develop and implement SAP delivery strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project requirements, priorities, and success criteria.
  • Ensure alignment between SAP solutions and business needs.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, engineers, analysts, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in SAP delivery processes and service levels.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer focus within IT teams.
  • Experienced in leading people and large teams and collaborating internally (across non-SAP technologies) to drive client outcomes.
  • Selected candidate to be based in Bangalore, India.

  • Strong communication & leadership skills
