Responsibility

  • Prepare and develop accurate architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Translate design concepts into working drawings, construction documentation, and presentation layouts.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure clarity and accuracy of technical drawings.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and project-specific requirements.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and markups from the design team.
  • Conduct site visits when needed for measurement verification and as-built drawing preparation.
  • Maintain organized documentation and drawing archives for all active and past projects.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in AutoCAD and proficiency in Revit are mandatory.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in tools like AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, or other BIM (Building Information Modeling) software for creating 2D and 3D drawings.
  • Knowledge of architectural drafting standards, such as creating floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
  • Familiarity with tools like SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max for rendering and visualization (preferred for advanced roles).

Skills:

  • Precision in creating accurate, error-free technical drawings.
  • Ability to collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to interpret and refine designs.
  • Resolving design conflicts or inconsistencies in plans.
  • Meeting project deadlines while managing multiple drawings or revisions.
