About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Soft Skills Trainer from the BFSI sector (preferably stock broking, insurance, or wealth management) to enhance the effectiveness of our business development and relationship management teams.
The ideal candidate will design and deliver engaging, real-world training programs that sharpen sales techniques, boost client engagement, and improve communication skills—ultimately driving stronger business results.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Design and deliver sales and soft skills training programs tailored for professionals in the broking or insurance domains.
- Incorporate real-life scenarios, case studies, and role-plays relevant to BFSI operations.
- Conduct workshops, interactive sessions, and coaching for both new joiners and experienced staff.
- Continuously update training modules to reflect market trends, product changes, and regulatory updates.
Sales & Business Development Training
- Develop programs to strengthen lead generation, client acquisition, upselling, and consultative selling.
- Coach teams on communication, emotional intelligence, and objection handling.
- Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
Content Creation & Program Management
- Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs.
- Use blended learning methods—classroom sessions, e-learning, webinars, and experiential activities.
- Manage the complete training lifecycle, from planning to post-training evaluation.
Knowledge & Expertise
- Stay updated on broking, insurance, and wealth management product knowledge.
- Mentor and guide teams to translate product knowledge into client-facing sales excellence.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–9 years in sales or soft skills training within BFSI, preferably in stock broking or insurance.
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, HR, or related field.
- Training Expertise: Strong ability to design and deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
- Sales Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes, client engagement, and business development in BFSI.
- Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.
