We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PICU / NICU Intensivist to manage critically ill neonates and pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure ICU environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage critically ill neonates and pediatric patients in PICU/NICU settings.
  • Supervise ICU admissions, treatment plans, monitoring, and discharge processes.
  • Perform emergency procedures, life support, and resuscitation when required.
  • Coordinate with nursing staff, pediatricians, anesthetists, and other specialists.
  • Communicate diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis clearly to parents/guardians.
  • Ensure strict adherence to PICU/NICU protocols, safety, and infection control standards.
  • Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ICU documentation.
