- Critical Patient Management:

- Assessing and managing critically ill pediatric patients.
- Monitoring vital signs, organ function, and responding to changes in a child's condition.
- Diagnosis and Treatment:

- Diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric medical conditions, including respiratory distress, sepsis, and neurological disorders.
- Prescribing and adjusting medications, fluids, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Procedures:

- Performing or overseeing invasive procedures, such as intubation, central line placements, and lumbar punctures.
- Managing mechanical ventilation and respiratory support.
- Collaboration with Multidisciplinary Team:

- Addressing the unique needs of neonates, including respiratory distress syndrome, congenital anomalies, and infections.
- Neonatal Resuscitation:

- Providing resuscitation and stabilization of newborns during and after delivery.
- Managing the transition from intrauterine to extrauterine life.
- NICU Procedures:

- Performing or overseeing specialized procedures, such as intubation, umbilical line placements, and lumbar punctures.
- Overseeing the use of medical equipment tailored for neonatal care.
