We are hiring Business Development Manager / Sales Executive / Telecaller for our Website Designing & Digital Marketing company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining our services, closing deals, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

For Business Development Manager (BDM)

  • Generate new business for Website Designing, Web Development, and Digital Marketing services.
  • Identify potential clients through online platforms, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Meet clients, understand their requirements, and pitch suitable services.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing based on client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Follow up with leads regularly and update CRM.

For Sales Executive / Telecaller

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services.
  • Convert inquiries into leads and schedule meetings for the BDM team.
  • Follow up with prospects to convert leads into sales.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain a professional attitude and excellent communication during calls.

Skills Required

BDM Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Website Designing & Digital Marketing services.
  • Lead generation & client acquisition skills.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
  • Proposal writing, presentations & deal-closing ability.
  • Basic understanding of websites, SEO, Google Ads & social media.
  • CRM management & sales pipeline handling.

Sales Executive / Telecaller Skills

  • Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
  • Ability to explain services clearly over call.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of IT / Digital services (preferred).

Experience

  • BDM: 15 years (IT Sales Preferred)
  • Sales Executive / Telecaller: 03 years
  • Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary

  • Salary based on experience
