(Overseas Education End-to-End Process)

We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of the end-to-end overseas education process, including study abroad admissions. The role requires guiding students through each stage, from initial counselling and university applications to documentation, visa filing, and final visa approval. The candidate should have a clear understanding of student visa procedures and documentation requirements for UK, Germany, Canada, USA, and Australia. Prior experience in the overseas education sector, along with strong attention to detail and effective coordination skills, is essential to ensure a smooth and successful visa process for students.

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Assist in processing applications for overseas universities and colleges in accordance with institutional requirements
  • Provide university shortlisting based on students academic background, career goals, and preferences
  • Coordinate effectively with students, counselors, and international university representatives to ensure smooth application processing
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student applications and all related communications
  • Verify student documents and ensure full compliance with university and visa requirements
  • Regularly update internal systems and trackers with application status and progress
  • Follow up with students to obtain missing documents or additional required information
  • Support visa documentation preparation and submission as required
  • Respond to student queries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining high quality and compliance standards

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in overseas education, student visa process, or university application support.
  • Familiarity with Portals and student management systems.
  • 1-5 years of experience in administration, backend operations, or education sector preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of international education systems (UK, NZ, Canada,Germany, Australia) is a plus.
