**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Overseas Educational Counselor** to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for advising and guiding students who are interested in pursuing higher education abroad. If you have at least 2 years of experience in overseas counseling or 4 years of experience in academic counseling (preferably in EdTech), along with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping students achieve their education goals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide expert counseling to students interested in pursuing higher education abroad, including program selection, university options, visa processes, and financial planning.
- Understand student requirements and help them choose the best educational opportunities based on their academic background, career aspirations, and personal preferences.
- Stay updated on various universities, courses, scholarship opportunities, and visa requirements in different countries.
- Offer insights into the culture, lifestyle, and education system of the countries the students are considering.
- Support students in understanding eligibility criteria and admission requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with university representatives, agents, and other educational institutions.
- Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and student counseling sessions to promote the company’s services.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets set for student admissions.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in any field.
- **2+ years of experience** in overseas educational counseling OR **4+ years of experience** in academic counseling (EdTech).
- In-depth knowledge of educational systems, admission processes, and visa regulations of key study destinations like the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and others.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and other online resources.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to offer personalized solutions for each student.
- A passion for helping students achieve their educational goals abroad.
