Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area with some work from home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales management activities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing techniques.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing techniques and lead generation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the ethanol or renewable energy industry is a plus
