We are looking for a Calling Executive with excellent communication skills in English Hindi. Preference will be given to female candidates who can engage effectively with customers, handle inquiries, and provide outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound/inbound calls to customers and provide necessary information.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain records of interactions and follow up as required.
  • Promote company services/products when needed.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience with a professional and friendly approach.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a confident and polite approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in handling calls.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in telecalling/customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Female candidate
  • Comfortable in handling customer interactions over the phone.
