We are looking for someone who can play a key role in developing state of the art construction projects through knowledge and application of site management and building specifications. You will have a unique and holistic opportunity to instill the highest standard of excellence in civil and finishes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Project planning / Civil Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in managing projects
• Experience in Construction projects execution, preferably in real estate and high-end apartments

Key Responsibilities
Project Schedule Management:

• Monitoring, coordinating, and scheduling construction progress.
• Understanding of critical path and deployment of resources.
• Capable of maximizing construction technology.

Vendor And Team Management

• Ability to coordinate and manage contractors
