This experienced-level position is responsible for delivery of NetSuite technical services, coordinating and leading the delivery of consulting services and solutions to ACS customers. Developing alignment with clients key stakeholders and implementation partners, ACS delivery team and ensuring successful delivery of technical services to support clients business needs. Develop and maintain trusted relationships with the clients, partners, and vendors in support of meeting clients strategic goals and needs. Leads internal resources through the analysis of customer requirements from both functional and technical viewpoints to help ensure Oracle NetSuite solutions meet the customers objectives. As a position of professional influence, this individual frequently operates at the leading edge of technology, accessing expertise both within the ACS Technical team and throughout the Oracle NetSuite GBU. Responsible for maintaining practice direction, ensuring quality of consulting delivery, and maintaining customer reference ability. Ensures that operational policies are followed and that business objectives are achieved by focusing on best practices and process improvements, manages individual contributors. Serve as advisor for moderately complex engagements.
Career Level: M3
- Minimum of 8 years of technical team management
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on consulting experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in information technology
- Minimum of 5 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) projects either under project management, functional or technical lead roles
- Experience implementing ERP with implementation partners
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Understanding of integration, data migration, and customization concepts and approach
- Working experience in implementation of integration, data migration, and customization work streams
- Working experience leading implementation life cycle activities (SIT, UAT, etc.)
- Working experience with cutover and go-live activities
- Working experience in developing and managing plans, tasks, and activities
- Working experience in managing risks, issues, and defects
- Understanding and describing technology architecture
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- To be self-directed and motivated
- Leading team members with minimal supervision
- Experience with global or large solution integrators
- Release management and/or Agile scrum master experience
- Experience with SaaS/Cloud architectures
- NetSuite and/or Oracle Cloud experience
