Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic SAP Practice Manager to lead and grow our SAP delivery and consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have deep SAP domain knowledge, strong project management and leadership skills, and experience in managing enterprise clients and driving successful SAP implementations and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the SAP Practice including solution delivery, resource management, and strategic planning.
  • Define the roadmap for SAP services in alignment with market trends and client needs.
  • Manage full lifecycle SAP projects (implementation, migration, upgrades, support).
  • Collaborate with the sales team on client proposals, RFPs, and pre-sales activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and value delivery.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop SAP consultants across modules like FICO, MM, SD, HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, etc.
  • Ensure best practices and quality standards are followed across SAP engagements.
  • Track performance metrics, budgets, resource utilization, and project profitability.
  • Keep up to date with SAP innovations and promote adoption of new technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP Cloud Platform, and S/4HANA.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in SAP project management or practice leadership.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP projects, preferably across different industry verticals.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP modules, architecture, and integration points.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based SAP solutions.
  • Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • SAP certifications will be a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP partner ecosystem.
  • Exposure to emerging SAP technologies and trends (e.g., SAP AI, SAP DataSphere).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
