About the Role
We're looking for a smart, resourceful, and driven recent graduate to work directly with the CEO/founder. Think of this as a "Chief of Staff lite" role: you'll be plugged into whatever is most urgent or important at the company that week. Some days it'll be research, other days coordination with teams, and sometimes just helping the founder get random but critical tasks done.
What You'll Do
- Shadow the founder and act as their right hand for daily priorities
- Work on a mix of strategic and operational projects (e.g., investor research, competitive analysis, meeting prep, process documentation)
- Help coordinate across teams and follow up on action items
- Own "random but important" tasks—whether that's putting together a deck, drafting an email, or finding a tool for us to work faster
- Jump into special projects as they arise (product experiments, customer insights, recruiting support, event prep, etc.)
- Be resourceful: connect with other founders, startup operators, and leaders to bring back learnings or processes we can adapt
- Keep the founder organized—notes, reminders, follow-ups, calendar context
Who You Are
- A recent graduate who's eager to learn how startups really run
- Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable switching contexts quickly (research one hour, operations the next)
- Hungry, curious, and willing to "figure it out" when given an ambiguous problem
- Someone who thrives in fast-moving, scrappy environments
