Solar Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end to end execution of rooftop solar projects for C&I customer, ensuring project scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met.
- Coordinate site assessments and system design and finalise it with customer.
- Develop and manage project plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Manage procurement, installation & commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed to mitigate risks and delays.
- Coordinate with liaison partners to ensure timely completion of net metering formalities.
- Prepare and submit progress report, project handover documentation.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the organization.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 4-6 years of experience in solar projects covering all phases from planning and execution to completion and handover.
- Preferred: 12 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer in solar power projects.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams, effectively delegating tasks, and fostering a collaborative work environment to achieve project objectives
