Job Title: Tele caller / Lead Calling Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to call and follow up with potential customers whose leads we receive through Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads. The goal is to connect with interested customers, understand their requirements, and share relevant product/service details to help convert leads into sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with leads generated through Google and Meta ads.
  • Explain the company's products/services and address customer queries.
  • Collect and record customer information accurately.
  • Maintain a lead tracker and update call status regularly.
  • Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead handover and follow-ups.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer experience on every call.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi/English preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of handling leads from digital platforms (Google, Meta).
  • Comfortable working on CRM, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Prior experience in tele calling or customer service will be an added advantage.
