We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead our hotel's sales team at
ABN Sarovar Portico, Jim Corbett
. You will focus on building strong client relationships, increasing room and banquet sales, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals of the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain client relationships in the feeder market
- Handle corporate, group, and event bookings to generate new revenue streams
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure business development
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for the hotel in line with corporate standards and the hotel requirements
- Align sales strategies to the organization goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
- 8+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience of working in Hotels in or Uttarakhand Region
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
