Project Manager – C&P Business & Technology Centre (BTC)

We seek a confident and driven Project Manager to support our global program across multiple countries, workstreams, and business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring effective project delivery, governance, and risk management in collaboration with business and workstream leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support integrated program delivery and governance.
  • Establish and maintain project management standards and frameworks.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage documentation, dashboards, and reports.
  • Define and develop analytics and MI requirements to drive transformation.
  • Conduct reviews, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA and Consulting experience preferred.
  • Around 10 years in project management, PMO, or business transformation in global matrix organizations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools (e.g., MPP) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

ndustry Preference:Non-technology focused project management preferred - program management, transformation, or governance rather than technical delivery/codingProject Type:Large-scale transformation programs (e.g., GCC setup, organizational rollouts)Could include technology rollouts, but from a governance/program delivery perspectiveEnvironment:Complex matrix organization (local + global stakeholders, business units, enablers, workstreams)Must have handled multi-level stakeholder engagement and ownership of a workstream within a larger program Key Skills & Competencies Required Core Competencies:Strong project/program governanceAbility to independently own, plan, and deliver workstreamsRisk & issue management with mitigation planningFamiliarity with program frameworks, standards, and artifactsStakeholder engagement at multiple levelsTools & Technical Skills:Strong MS Office (PPT, Excel, Outlook) – primary work toolsAny additional tools (Clarity, MS Project, Power BI) preferred but not mandatoryAnalytical mindset, dashboard & MI preparation skillsCertifications:MBA preferredPMP desirableSoft Skills:Strong communication & articulation (both verbal & written)Ability to drive actions without direct authorityProblem-solving & root cause analysis

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹2,500, ₹3,000,000.00 per year
