Positions: Digital Officer & Virtual Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)

Location: Bangalore

Work Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary: 2.0 LPA – 2.2 LPA (CTC) – depends on experience

Incentives: Up to 80,000/month (Performance Based)

Qualification: Any Graduation (Mandatory)

Languages: English with any South Indian language (except Telugu) or Hindi

About the Role:

The Digital Officer will be responsible for promoting digital banking services, assisting customers in adopting online platforms, and achieving sales targets through inside sales activities. This is a 100% office-based role (no field work).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and explain digital banking services like Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, and UPI.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to onboard customers onto digital platforms.
  • Cross-sell and upsell digital banking products over phone and email.
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and customer data.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience through prompt and clear communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Good communication in English and any South Indian language (except Telugu) or Hindi.
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
  • Strong interest in banking and inside sales.
  • Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience preferred.

2. Virtual Relationship Manager (Inside Sales)

About the Role:

The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) is responsible for managing and growing customer relationships remotely through calls and digital channels. The role involves cross-selling, customer engagement, and ensuring customer satisfaction — all from within the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to promote banking products (Savings Accounts, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and offer the right financial solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with assigned customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and service targets.
  • Record all customer interactions and feedback accurately in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely query resolution.

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream (mandatory).
  • Good communication in English with any South Indian language (except Telugu) or Hindi.
  • Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused.
  • Prior experience in banking or tele-sales preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
