EpicProfessions is a fast-scaling U.S. apparel brand selling niche T-shirts and merch for blue-collar Americans. We operate heavily on
Etsy + our D2C website
, and we run ads aggressively.

We're hiring a
Digital Marketing Fresher
who is:

  • hungry to learn,
  • fast at execution,
  • good with tools,
  • and ready to run ads (with training).

This is not a "sit and plan" job.

This is
hands-on D2C execution
every day.

What You'll Do (Daily Responsibilities)1. Run and Manage Ads (Training Provided)

  • Set up basic
    Meta ads
    (traffic, catalog, remarketing)
  • Monitor ad performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS basics)
  • Create and test simple ad variations
  • Update creative libraries
  • Follow instructions from the senior marketer/founder

2. Etsy Store Management

  • Upload product listings (titles, descriptions, tags)
  • Optimize SEO keywords
  • Manage pricing, variations, categories
  • Respond to customer messages
  • Maintain listing quality, thumbnails, and images

3. Website (ShopBase/Shopify)

  • Upload products
  • Update homepage banners & promotions
  • Manage collections
  • Check product sync, order status, and fulfillment flow

4. Creative & Content Support

  • Create simple Canva graphics
  • Prepare ad creatives + resize images
  • Help with mockups and product imagery
  • Organize creative assets properly

5. D2C Operations

  • Coordinate with Printify/Printful
  • Check order sync, shipping, production issues
  • Maintain daily sales reports
  • Track top sellers and seasonal trends
  • Update inventory and tracking sheets

Required Skills (Beginner Level is Enough)

  • Basic Canva
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets
  • Willingness to learn Meta ads
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks
  • Understanding of Instagram/TikTok content trends
  • Ability to follow SOPs and improve them

Nice to Have (Bonus Points)

  • Any past experience running ads (even internship)
  • Etsy or Shopify experience
  • Video editing basics
  • Interest in apparel or design
  • Knowledge of U.S. audience culture
