We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Job Trainee- Front Office in Tara Suns Hotels. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, reservation, and concierge services.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest feedback and complaints.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with special events and promotions as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate degree from a recognized university.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and challenges.
