Job Description

  • Support and maintain tracking data interfaces between Cello and carrier logistics facilities (e.g., ocean carriers, airlines, ports, airports, rail terminals).
  • Design tracking point code generation logic, API interfaces, and web scraping logic.
  • Define mapping tables and prepare system development requirements.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with the system development department.
  • Analyze source data by carrier and interfaced (received) tracking data.
  • Conduct daily audits of tracking data quality (carrier/facility vs. Cello).
  • Collaborate with SDSK to implement pilot projects.
  • Improve functions of the Power BI Dashboard.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a global shipping liners or forwarder IT department.
  • Minimum experience in designing data interfaces (EDI) between systems.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics-related fields is preferred.
  • Experience with vessel tracking systems in shipping lines or forwarders.
  • Experience in system interface design (EDI specification definition, data mapping).
  • Knowledge of IT systems and IT experience is preferred.
