Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees.
- Track attendance, leave, and prepare salary details.
- Conduct training, orientation, and performance reviews.
- Maintain employee relations and handle grievances.
- Support management in HR policies and daily operations.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure smooth communication between staff and management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
- Good communication and people-handling skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
