We are looking for an HR Generalist to handle all daily HR activities like recruitment, employee records, payroll, and support management in building a positive workplace. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of employees. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and maintain employee files. Track attendance, leave, and prepare salary details. Conduct training, orientation, and performance reviews. Maintain employee relations and handle grievances. Support management in HR policies and daily operations. Prepare HR reports and maintain proper documentation. Ensure smooth communication between staff and management. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience preferred. Good communication and people-handling skills. Knowledge of MS Office and HR tools.
