Sales & Follow-up • Give proper product/service information to customers. • Take follow-ups with warm leads. • Convert interested leads into sales. Customer Handling • Answer customer questions and clarify doubts. • Maintain a friendly and professional tone during calls. • Build trust and good customer relationships. Daily Reporting • Update call logs, lead status, and follow-up details. • Report daily progress to the team leader.
