Location: Shastri Nagar, Dadabari Bada Chauraha, Kota

Job Type: Full-Time (Permanent Position)

Experience Required: 1–3 years (Chinese / Continental / Indian / Fast Food)

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)

Annual Salary Revision: Yes, based on performance

Nom Nom Junction is a fast-growing multi-cuisine fast-food outlet in Dadabari, Kota. We specialize in Momos, Chinese, Continental, Indian snacks, Pizzas, Burgers, Maggi, and more. We are now looking for a skilled and responsible cook who can join us permanently and grow with our brand.

Role & Responsibilities -

The candidate must be able to:

1) Prepare high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines like Chinese, Continental, Indian, Fastfood

2) Maintain taste, consistency, and hygiene standards.

3) Handle kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

4) Manage food prep, cutting, marination, and stock planning.

5) Maintain proper portion control and avoid wastage.

6) Ensure quick service with clean presentation.

7) Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and workstation at all times.

Workplace Conduct

Behave respectfully with staff and customers.

Follow outlet rules and maintain discipline.

Requirements -

1) Minimum 1 year experience as a cook/chef in any restaurant, café, stall, or cloud kitchen.

2) Must be confident and skilled in handling fast-food operations.

3) Must know proper hygiene and food safety practices.

4) Should be punctual, honest, and well-mannered.

5) Ability to manage rush hours and high-volume orders.

6) Willing to learn and adapt to our menu and style.
