Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights that drive business growth and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead data initiatives, and mentor junior analysts to ensure data-driven excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Provide actionable recommendations to support business strategies and operational improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of data sources and reports.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data analysis and reporting.
  • Work with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, ETL processes, and database performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools, techniques, and best practices in analytics and business intelligence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
  • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Google BigQuery, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

  • Experience in leading data projects and mentoring junior team members.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms and advanced statistical modeling.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to link data insights to business strategy.
