Roles and Responsibilities:

DA Female LEAD (JD)

  • Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Managing users and user roles.
  • Providing quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
  • Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
  • Interpreting data, analysing results using statistical techniques.
  • Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases.
  • Collecting data from various sources.
  • Streamlining data collection methods to create automated and easy-to-use routines.
  • Designing databases and data systems.
  • Maintaining databases and data systems by addressing errors and monitoring performance.
  • Team Leadership & Management

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate females can apply .
  • 1+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts.
  • Set clear goals, delegate tasks, and provide performance feedback.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Translate business questions into analytical problems and actionable insights.
  • Manage multiple analytics projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Standardize processes and define best practices for data handling and reporting.
  • Strong Analytical skill with problem solving .
  • Strong in chat GPT .
  • Advance ms excel must have strong knowledge
