As a Sales Trainer at Talent PSC Academy, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to the growth and success of our Sales Team through the design and delivery of comprehensive sales training programs. Your role will involve developing training modules for new hires, providing continuous training for existing team members, and coaching individuals to enhance their sales skills and achieve their targets. Evaluating training effectiveness, offering feedback, and monitoring performance to drive continuous improvement will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Collaboration with sales managers, product teams, and other stakeholders will be crucial to align training initiatives with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop training modules for new sales team members - Provide ongoing training and mentorship to existing sales professionals - Coach individuals to improve their sales skills and meet their targets - Evaluate training effectiveness, offer feedback, and monitor performance for continuous improvement - Collaborate with sales managers, product teams, and stakeholders to align training with business goals Qualifications Required: - Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech sector - Previous experience as a Sales Coach or Trainer is advantageous - Ability to offer constructive feedback, motivate sales representatives, and analyze data for training needs identification - Strong communication skills and the capacity to inspire and engage individuals - Additional training certifications will be considered a positive attribute This full-time position at Talent PSC Academy offers benefits such as paid sick leave and time off.
