Job Summary

Samsung is looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Sales professional with strong expertise in Ocean and Air Freight sales. The role focuses on acquiring and managing clients across Maharashtra, driving revenue growth, and expanding Samsung's freight forwarding business. This is a work-from-home role based in Mumbai, with periodic travel for client meetings and a monthly visit to the Noida head office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development for Ocean and Air Freight forwarding services.

  • Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts across Maharashtra.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Build strong relationships with shippers, exporters, importers, and corporate clients.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close freight forwarding deals.

  • Coordinate with operations and pricing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Represent Samsung in client meetings, industry events, and business forums.

  • Track sales pipeline, revenue performance, and market opportunities.

  • Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to leadership.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.

  • Strong hands-on experience in:

    • Ocean Freight Sales

    • Air Freight Sales

  • Experience handling B2B clients across multiple industries.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote / WFH setup.

Experience Level

  • Manager / Senior Manager level

  • Open to candidates with higher experience (up to GM level) if suitable

Work Mode & Travel

  • Work From Home (Base location: Mumbai)

  • Monthly visit to Noida Head Office

    • Air tickets and accommodation provided by the company

  • Local travel within Mumbai and occasional outstation travel

    • Actual travel expenses reimbursed

  • Self-driven sales professional with strong market connect
