Responsibilities and Duties :

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally, with a focus on technical support .

• Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, monitor and report on performance metrics.

• Analyse customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Proven experience in customer support.

• May have experience in crm software in MARG and billing

• Experience in Billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tangra, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
