**Job Summary**:
**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer queries and objections in a professional manner.
- Accurately update customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures of sales.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to enhance sales strategies.

**Skill Requirements**:

- Minimum six months to one year of experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
