Summary:
Product Specialist to oversee and optimize the implementation, support, and evolution of the Air Cargo IT applications' landscape.
The ideal candidate will serve as the applications' specialist within the IT department, working closely with various IT teams and the business stakeholders, to ensure smooth operations, configuration improvements, maintenance, developments and integrations
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the IT subject matter expert (SME) and peripheral 3rd party applications, understanding its full capabilities and best practices.
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors to define system requirements, enhancements, and integrations.
- Support the configuration, customization, and optimization and peripheral 3rd party applications to align with business needs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on cargo operations.
- Define workflows, automation opportunities, and process improvements within the TMS.
- Assist on UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-users in training and adoption of new functionalities.
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with IT and the vendor.
- Ensure security within the platform.
- Monitor system performance and define KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with other suppliers' roadmap and industry trends to propose continuous improvements."
