Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate

Location: SECTOR -90, BHUTANI ALPHATHUM

Job Type:Full-time

Experience: 1–3 years (Real Estate preferred, Freshers with good communication skills may also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on leads through cold calling, site visits, and client meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their property needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell residential/commercial real estate projects effectively.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and provide suitable property options.
  • Coordinate with clients for property site visits and project presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.
  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and sales in CRM/software.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field (preferred).
  • Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a good team player.
  • Strong presentation and convincing skills.
