Location: Gurgaon, Sector 89

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Odoo Associate to join our team in Gurgaon, Sector 89. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day Odoo operations, assisting team members, and ensuring smooth functioning of business processes through the Odoo ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage different Odoo modules as per business requirements.
• Assist in configuring, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications.
• Train and support team members in using Odoo efficiently.
• Generate and manage reports through Odoo for different departments.
• Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Odoo-related issues.
• Client Management (CRM & Contacts).
• Membership & Renewals/Subscription Management.
• Website & Online Booking.
• Accounting & Finance.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Automated Invoice should be sent to client after the payment on WhatsApp and email.
• Database should be handled for both clients and the leads (Contact app).

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Odoo ERP system.
• Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to train and support team members.
• Prior experience with Odoo or ERP systems will be an added advantage.
• If you also have sales experience (if it is in fitness industry it will be preferred), kindly mention in the resume
