Role & Responsibilities:

Distributor Appointment: Identify, evaluate, and appoint capable distributors in assigned territories to ensure effective market coverage.

Inventory Planning: Monitor and manage distributor inventory levels to maintain optimal stock and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Market Coverage (Route Riding): Regularly accompany distributors and sales teams on market visits to ensure effective execution of sales strategies and understand on-ground challenges.

Product Availability & Visibility: Ensure product availability across all potential retail outlets with proper merchandising and visibility as per company standards.

Performance Monitoring: Track distributor and sales team performance, and support in driving sales targets and KPIs.

Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders to foster long-term business growth.
