Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team on a full-time, hybrid, contract-to-hire, fixed-term basis in Bangalore Urban, Bangalore. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 3 years to a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience. The role involves leading our HR initiatives, focusing on recruitment and talent management, and ensuring alignment with our corporate objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in recruitment and talent management (Mandatory skill), with a focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent for organizational growth.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members, coordinate with departments, and present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.

- Proficiency in HR technology to manage HRIS systems, streamline processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely acquisition of qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance employee productivity and maintain a high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Conduct performance management processes and provide guidance for employee evaluations and development plans.
- Facilitate communication and conflict resolution to foster a harmonious workplace environment.
