Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate, self-driven, and knowledgeable individuals to join our team. As a Business Associate, you will be responsible for supporting and promoting our trade signal services and trading courses. You will play a key role in customer engagement, lead generation, course sales, and client retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell trade signal subscriptions and trading courses to prospective clients.
Respond to client inquiries regarding signal accuracy, course content, pricing, and subscription plans.
Educate potential clients on the benefits of our services through calls, emails, and social media.
Maintain and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Track and report customer feedback, sales, and service performance.
Assist with content creation and educational material when needed.
Stay up-to-date with market trends, trading strategies, and platform updates.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, finance, trading, or customer service (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of trading platforms (MetaTrader, TradingView, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and clear way.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
