Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for the position of Executive in Concierge Services. The role involves providing personalized support to customers, addressing queries, coordinating with relevant departments for efficient resolution, and ensuring exceptional service experiences. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, handling special requests, managing service schedules, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.
