The team
The team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within Deloitte, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.
In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of Deloitte business growth for the specific client.

Role and responsibilities:
The SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Manager leads the SAP SD team in managing and optimizing sales and distribution processes within the SAP environment. This role combines deep knowledge of sales and logistics business processes with strong SAP expertise to ensure effective system performance, user support, and alignment with organizational goals.
Education- Bachelor's /Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in SAP SD module management and consulting.
- Proven leadership experience managing SAP teams or projects.
- Strong understanding of sales, order management, pricing, billing, and distribution processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with IT, finance, sales, and supply chain teams.
- SAP SD certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of SAP CRM, SAP Fiori, and related sales tools.
- Experience with project management and agile methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
Manage and lead the SAP SD team, including consultants, analysts, and support staff.
- Oversee the configuration, implementation, and support of SAP SD modules such as Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Shipping.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and IT departments to streamline business processes and improve system efficiency.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other modules like MM, FI, and PP.
- Develop and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures related to SAP SD.
- Lead SAP SD projects including system upgrades, new implementations, and enhancements.
- Provide expert advice on sales and distribution process design within SAP.
- Coordinate user training, issue resolution, and documentation related to SAP SD.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations in sales and distribution processes.
- Stay up to date with SAP SD module innovations and recommend improvements.
