Position Details

Purpose - Why does this role exist?The role is required to support the growing Sales and Marketing requirements across JSW Group. There are several Corporate led IT initiatives underway that are customer focused in Sales and Marketing areas and this role will support the IT enablement of the same.

Critical Tasks

1. Candidate would be a part of the Group IT team and report to SD lead.
2. Candidate would be responsible for developing and getting implemented the IT strategy for Sales and Marketing areas across JSW Group (comprising businesses like Automobile, Steel, Energy, Cement, Infrastructure & Ports)
3. Able to collaborate with the business and lead various IT initiatives in building, maintaining and enhancing SAP SD, Customer Management and Marketing layer across the group
4. Candidate should have at least 10+ years of implementation and support experience across modules like SAP SD, CRM, Mobility etc with at least 2 years specifically on SAP S/4 HANA.
5. Must have worked on at least 4 full life-cycle SAP implementations within India or overseas
6. This position would be based in Mumbai HQ of JSW Group, but the candidate should be willing to travel up to 30% of the time

Candidate Should Have Expertise in Sales & Distribution

1. Sales Order Management: Configure and manage sales processes, including make-to-order and dealer-specific pricing.
2. Pricing & Rebates: Implement dynamic pricing models for OEMs, dealers, and B2B customers, including volume-based discounts and promotional rebates.
3. Billing & Invoicing: Automate billing cycles for vehicle dispatch, aftermarket services, and warranty claims.
4. Dealer Integration: Enable seamless data exchange between SAP and dealer management systems (DMS).
5. Logistics Execution: Coordinate with EWM and TM modules for vehicle dispatch, tracking, and delivery.
6. Analytics & Reporting: Provide real-time dashboards for sales performance, order backlog, and revenue forecasting.

Candidate Should Have Expertise in Sales & Distribution

1. Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage parts and components from suppliers to production lines and finished goods to dealers.
2. Advanced Production Integration: Link warehouse operations with production planning for just-in-time (JIT) and just-in-sequence (JIS) delivery.
3. Inventory Optimization: Implement lean inventory strategies to reduce holding costs while ensuring availability.
4. Automation & IoT Integration: Configure RF scanners, AGVs, and conveyor systems for automated material handling.
5. Cross-Docking & Yard Management: Optimize vehicle movement and staging in large automotive yards.
6. Compliance & Traceability: Ensure regulatory compliance for hazardous materials and maintain traceability for recalls.
