Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Job Consultant located in Chennai. The Job Consultant will be responsible for providing professional consultancy services, managing employment contracts, overseeing labor relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law. Day-to-day tasks will include consulting with clients, managing people, and facilitating employment processes.

Qualifications

  • People Management and Consulting skills
  • Experience with Employment Contracts and Labor Relations
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proven experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
